Just a book on CD with a few extra tricks

My company manufactures medical archiving equipment based on NT. Since it's near impossible to find an NT course anywhere, I thought I'd give this a try. What attracted me most was the claim that you could install and do these lessons and exercises on a non-NT machine. (NT is yesterday, afterall.) Well, so far I haven't found much beyond the text of the book (not complete, by the way) and some hyper-speed videos of someone navigating through menus to do things).Don't get me wrong, you get the info you need, but I guess I was expecting a little more based on the editorial reviews and hype.
